i primarily bought this to stop my wool rolling around everywhere. Never tried one of these before. The yarn fits easily into the holder. you can knit in peace knowing you don't have to chase the yarn ball all over. It's small in size and will fit only one ball. Which is fine by me. One ball then the yarn rotates easily. Will only fit the average size of yarn not chunky or massive balls. It is good for me.

I got this to use with my crochet projects to protect the yarn from unravelling and falling on the ground. Needless to say it does the job perfectly, keeping the yarn in place while having a small hole to feed the length through while I work. Great for smaller projects as I can keep everything in one bag and use it as a storage as well.Very well made with good quality fabric and a sturdy zip. Not a bad price given the quality and how useful it is. Easy to wipe off too should it get dirty. Overall very happy with it.

This bag is cute but could hardly hold a standard ball of yarn or my crochet project. I'm disappointed and not sure what to use it for.

Too small for the wool I was using.

This was purchased for a friend’s birthday and she was over the moon with it. Just one note to add, The colour is more muted compared to photo but it still looks really nice.

I ordered this item specifically for use with small projects I am making. Ideal for using when travelling or visiting friends. I love the hole in the lid for threading the end of the ball of wall through.

Cute pattern! This is collapsible and light, made from what seems like a very durable material. It's big enough to hold 1 x 100g ball of medium/worsted weight yarn and has a convenient hole in the top to thread the yarn through (this would need to be threaded before attaching to the project). It's not large enough to hold any adult clothing knitting projects unless it's just the ball of yarn you're protecting. I think it's perfect for amigurumi crochet projects though (pictured). It would be nice if there were a side pocket for tools or something, but it is advertised as a yarn holder and not a full project holder. I still think it's very useful and something you can default to using this for your crochet projects and paraphernalia now.
